A groundbreaking initiative is set to transform the landscape of film and television production by creating a unified global community for industry professionals. Hollywood Ventures Group (HVG), established by industry veterans Glenn Gainor and Sandy Climan in mid-2025, has unveiled Producers365. This exclusive membership network is engineered to bridge the gaps in global filmmaking, offering a comprehensive support system for diverse storytelling ventures, from traditional films and series to interactive media and location-based entertainment.
The newly launched Producers365 platform is now welcoming membership applications, offering much more than a typical online forum. It is meticulously designed to enable members to forge connections, exchange vital resources, and explore collaborative opportunities. This includes identifying co-production partners, securing essential funding, or simply receiving mutual assistance to propel projects forward. A significant feature is its strategic alliance with First-Look, a platform spearheaded by renowned writers and producers Chad and Carey Hayes, known for their work on “The Conjuring” franchise. This partnership will provide an authenticated channel for writers to present their material directly to verified buyers, bypassing traditional representation hurdles, through an integrated digital script vault.
Gainor, who serves as CEO of both Producers365 and HVG, highlights the platform’s role in modernizing an industry often reliant on outdated mechanisms. With his extensive background at Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Innovation Studios, he emphasizes that Producers365 aims to provide a reliable, members-only network where creative professionals can secure international partnerships, access financial avenues, protect intellectual property, and advance their projects continuously throughout the year. This sentiment is echoed by Climan, HVG chairman and co-founder of Producers365, who, drawing on his leadership roles at MGM, CAA, and Universal Studios, asserts the platform's necessity in a rapidly evolving globalized and decentralized media environment. This innovative approach is already attracting major industry players, including Getty Images, which will offer its extensive licensing and archival resources to support worldwide productions. The official launch will be celebrated at the third annual Big Picture event in Toronto on September 12, coinciding with the Toronto International Film Festival.
The advent of Producers365 symbolizes a positive shift towards greater collaboration and accessibility within the entertainment industry. By fostering a connected global community and providing essential resources, this platform empowers creators to overcome traditional barriers and bring diverse stories to life, promoting innovation and shared success in an increasingly interconnected world.
