Taylor Hanson has formally secured worldwide representation with WME, marking a pivotal moment in his career trajectory. This collaboration is set to encompass all aspects of his professional endeavors, from music to his various other projects.
Following his notable participation in season 35 of Dancing With the Stars, the Grammy-nominated artist is actively engaged in the production of his inaugural solo album, anticipated for release in 2027. His recent television appearance showcased a different facet of his talents, setting the stage for his individual musical journey.
Hanson's early fame stemmed from his role in the band Hanson, which he co-founded with his brothers, Isaac and Zac. Their breakthrough in 1997 with Middle of Nowhere, featuring the chart-topping single 'MMMBop,' earned them three Grammy nominations and established their global presence, with Taylor being just 14 at the time.
Beyond his primary band, Taylor Hanson was also a member of the supergroup Tinted Windows, collaborating with notable musicians like Bun E Carlos, James Iha, and Adam Schlesinger. His commitments extend into entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and activism, notably through his 2014 initiative, Food On The Move, which provides fresh produce to the Oklahoma community. He is also a vocal proponent for music education and industry reform, actively participating with organizations such as Save The Music, MusiCares, and GrammyU, and serving as national co-chair for advocacy at the Recording Academy.
During his time on Dancing With the Stars season 35, Hanson was partnered with Britt Stewart. Stewart expressed immense admiration for Hanson's dedication and commitment to their partnership, noting his willingness to fully immerse himself in the rigorous demands of the competition, a quality she deeply valued as a choreographer.
